I admit it I have not been watching Numb3rs for the last few weeks. I just have not been into the storylines. More often then not I fast-forward though most of it. For me the feeling of the "team" is gone. I miss Megan, and Colby and David rarely have any real partnership moments since TPTB are doing the "David becomes a supervisor" stroyline. I get it the characters are growing and changing but I miss what was. Anyway I almost missed the preview for this Friday! I had no idea Ian was back or that this would happen!! I am so watching now!!!

Wow NCIS is now unwatchable. The combo of Vance, assassins and TIVA made me hit fast-forward a lot tonight. I didn't even get to the end of the episode before I deleted it. Maybe next week will be better but this may be the worst episode ever- what there is still Truth or Consistences so maybe not.

because I think most are full of hooey but this one might be different. It is a big question that I have no answer for myself. I personally think God is a concept or being much bigger than I will ever be able to fully understand. That is why I always remain open to all possibilities when it comes to God. As shocking as this may be (no not so shocking if you have been reading my comments)I am not watching NCIS tonight. V is on instead and I have much more interest in that show than NCIS. I have high hopes for this show!!

Yes here it is for those who missed it- the happiest moment on TV so far this season. This makes me smile like nothing else out there! 35 seconds of pure fan joy!

Castle was so FTW this week with the Browncoasts costume!!! Way to go Nathan Fillion. That was the best TV moment all week, and it is only Monday. Yes I am that sure it can’t be toped that I am calling it now. I do love this show. The UST is a bit much but all the supporting actors are so great that it makes up for it all. Plus I love the relationship between Castle and his daughter. One of the best relationships on TV right now.

I saw Big Bang Theory and I liked it but I am a bit confused by what is going on with characters but I will tune in again for sure

On the way out is NCIS. I don’t know why I keep holding out hope with this show. What I loved about it is dead to be replaced by spies, secret histories and vendettas. Out of the first five episodes I only like one- and I mean liked, not loved- so why should I keep hoping. There is only one upcoming storyline that sounds interesting- the blackout- but other than that I can’t even try to work up excitement about what I may be seeing in the next few weeks.

For that reason I have decide to not watch anymore. I have better things to do with my time than watch this silly and ridiculous storylines. Plus I barely like the characters anymore. I will keep in touch with what happens with the show since I am mod of a few communities but I won’t be watching. Maybe if a storyline comes out that sounds good I will watch but otherwise nope.

Noticing how much I enjoyed watching Castle and Supernatural made me realize how much I kept hoping that NCIS would get better – but I realize now that won’t happen so I am done wasting my time. I feel better now that I have let the show go.. it is kind of freeing really.

Yes it is here in all it's glory!! I can not tell you how happy I was to see this clip, and the fact that the movie seems to have kept it's more rough feel to it. They didn't go all "glossy sequel" on this film. The same gritty feel the first movie had seems to be here too. The best part (and why it is a RED band trailer) is that there is language and nakid male tushies!!. Enjoy. Lord knows I did.

Rape should not be funny (and it is not) but this so is!!

I think I now know why NCIS has been below par the last few seasons. All the story telling, and writing, talent has gone to by xanthelj, and not the writers of NCIS!! I swear if the writers on NCIS has one quarter of the talent that she does not only would NCIS have 50 million viewers a week, they would also sweep the Emmys!!

I cannot get over the gift that she has to tell a fully developed story that is interesting, multifaceted, funny and moving. Honestly I don’t know why anyone ready books by Dan Brown, or the Twilight series when we have authors like xanthelj.

Some people just don’t know what they are missing. All my free time in the next week and a half will be spent reading her latest masterpiece and I don’t care. All I care about is (imitates Brad Pitt in Seven)… “WHAT IS IN THE DOSSIER?!!!”

She is so wonderfully evil – I swear she is. ;-)

I cannot believe how many talented friends I have. Some how I got very lucky in life.

Sorry but I had to publicly post about how wonderful her fic is, posting a comment just would not do her work justice. ;-D

Just found out that Misha Collins (@mishacollins) is on Twitter. Not a verified account but he is posting pic of himself so if it isn’t him it is some who knows him. I have decided to follow because he is the first celb I have found who is FUNNY, and not doing self-promotion. Way to go Misha!! I don’t follow most celebrities on Twitter due to the self promotion issue but Misha very different, he is not doing any promotion for himself or Supernatural, he is just having fun with his fans – he is so made of WIN!!!

All I can think of when reading his posts is that he and MW would have had a blast in filming if they spent any time together! I kind of new he had sense of humor due to his appearance at Comic Con but truly he seems like a cool guy!

And I will give more detail later but …. Thank goodness I watched it!! I now have faith in the show again!! Best part are Tony and Tim working together!!! They are so majorly made of WIN!!! Great comic moments that really hit the spot. Great case and I loved seeing Tony as a competent cop and how great was it to see that his reputation in the force was a good one?! All of that was so great I could almost forget last week- almost. Those are the reasons I watch this show. FTW big time!!

As for Ziva…my goodness it is two steps forwards one step back with her. For the most part I liked her, but then she opens her mouth!! Love the fact that she didn’t defended herself with Abby- that was good (BTW I did not have the same issues that some had with Abby’s speech- it was so Abby. Plus she really let ZIiva have it, and she is so right it is Tony -1 Ziva-0). But what really got me were moments like Ziva talking with Vance. Her attitude that she was a value to the team bugged me to no end. Really that is all that matters? You are also not an agent; you with held info and you doubted your team but all that matters is that you were at one point a value to the team. Did she really think all of that would be forgotten or overlooked because she has so value? It made Ziva look either arrogant or stupid, my guess is both. Then there is the bathroom scene, which so many Ziva fans are going nuts over. Well I would have given her more credit it she open and not in the men’s room (to me that shows she is a coward and has no respect for Tony). It was like she couldn’t have the conversation on equal footing so he has to go where he is exposed to get the upper hand. Plus she had so much trouble saying the words “I am sorry”. Why is that? I would think if she really meant it she would not have had that much trouble saying it. Plus the kiss on the check- he was not even looking at her and could he have looked any more bored? She kissed him and he thinks of the case – I think that says it right there. But I will give her credit for admitting that Tony was right and that she should have never faulted him for thinking like a cop.

But what really got me was the end scene. I believe Ziva when she talks about what she did, and why she did it, but come on you never even disclosed that and you had three years to do it. She just tells him that everything that he thinks about their relationship is a lie and that she never even bothered to tell him but he is out of line for doubting her, and she is hurt that he is saying those things to her? Is she kidding?! She is the one who once again withheld info est. How can she think they wouldn’t question her after all that they have learned.

As I said it is two step forward one step back with her. I was almost on her side but after that contrived tear scene at the end I think Ziva is either stupid, arrogant are a master manipulator. She still has a long way to go before I buy her act. And BTW according to most board the only people that think that Ziva was great in this episode or thinks that she has made up for what she did is Ziva fans – everyone else thinks she still has more work to do and I agree. It was a good first step but she still has miles to go to prove that she can trust her team – and that they have any reason to trust her.

The most important part is that aside from Ziva my show is back!!! I really enjoyed the team of Gibbs/Tony/Tim. That is the best combo ever on NCSI!!!

It always surprises me when people add me to their friends lists ;-) Don't know why but I always am. But some of you are willing to take the risk in listening to my babbles so to you I say welcome, and I hope I don't scare you off ;-) I can't wait to get to know you guys and please feel free to joint in the crazy any time you want.

To start off with our computers at work (the whole university) went down big time this afternoon so our office was sent home early. Not the best thing to happen on the second day of the term (sorry students) but honestly we could not access a thing so off we went.

On top of that the fan reaction to this weeks NCIS is much better so that gives me hope and I will be watching now. Plus it is REALLY fun to see some smug fans have to back track on not getting what they thought they would. ;-)

But the best part!!! The Gibbb_DiNozzo community is now having episode discussions!!! We already have them my community (which is thankfully very strong) but this too is a very good move. Although I see Gibbs and Tony more as father/son or mentor/mentie I still get along better with slash fans than het, for the most part. We seem to understand each other better even if the topic is not slash related. Without going into specifics I find them to be the best kind of people. So I was very happy to see this, I think it is long over due. The best part is I got to leave Navy_NCIS a place I have not been enjoying for some time now. There has not been a post there that I have been interested in, or even liked, in over a month. I was only really staying around to see the episode discussions so this is so a win for me!!! I was able to move on and find my joy again. That is what I love about LJ if something doesn’t fit you can find one that does- or create it yourself if you need too.

Today is a happy dance day for me ;-D

I so wanted some cool Knights Templar icons but I admit it is harder to find them than I thought it would be. I found this one **point to icon** but there so very few. I would think such a historic and mysterious group would have more images out there. Darn it all. I am sad because I love the fact that evidently everything in the world from hiding the Holly Grail to having influence over our founding fathers is related to the Knights. I love a good conspiracy theory!! Yes I have been watching way to much History Channel these days! Okay off to keep looking for icons - I know they are out there. Maybe they are buried with the Grail?!

I will share my thoughts on the episode later, after I form them more clearly, but I saw the ratings…. 15 million Looks like getting Princess Joja back is not saving the show from sinking ratings. People like me who left because of the change in focus to shipper central (GSR) and the more “personal character moments” are not coming back because TPTB say they are now changing that focus back to the team. I saw the effort but it just didn’t work for me. They are still to caught up in the character personal drama vs the team working together for me to want to watch. Maybe some day they will get their act together but for now it is still a no go in my world. Although it is about damn time that Nick gets a promotion!!!

I so get it now. Spoony was right – not the best (by far not the best) but not the worst, and yes I will have to watch it again to really decied where I fall on this one. However one thing stays the same – SB is a liar!! Nothing was shocking – what we thought was going on was. SB rep stays in tact!!!

The Good:

~PP is right MW did a great job – the scene with Gibbs was very well done and so not Tony – MW impressed me there.
~LOVE the Tony and McGee parts (actually all the comedy was spot on perfect)
~Actually liked Vance
~Duck is solid gold
~The scenes where they were actually worked a case was perfect! If the whole show was like this I would say it would have been the best episode ever
~Ziva thank goodness you realize this is your fault - about damn time- almost feel kind of bad for you – almost. But I will say this – that is some of the best acting I have ever seen CdP do! Truly I may not like Ziva but that was some great work on her part. And on the shallow end- she looks so much better without make up

The Bad:
~ No Jimmy
~The storyline with the terrorist was just plain awful, very stereotypical and unimaginative. The worst part by far. I felt bad for the actor
~I do not get why the thing with Ziva bothered Tony so much (TIVA aside) she left by her own choice, and they have lost agents before so why is it such a big deal now? She is ‘unrepeatable? Well they all are that is why you fill the position with new persons and you move on, you don’t replace them. Tony did not replace Gibbs when he left. They didn’t find a new Kate, they just fill the position and make it work with a new person. My feeling is maybe it is the last straw for him? After Kate, Jeanne, Jenny etc he just broke? Because truly I have a hard time seeing why Tony acted like this. This had better have some follow up or I will be pissed.
~The end was the worst – eye rollingly bad and OVER THE TOP!! Everything from Tony and Ziva’s conversations, to Gibbs showing up in sniper gear. It was all so very “bad action movie” I actually sighed out loud a few times at how bad it was. I mean unable to defend it to anyone bad. Actually it is the worst moment on NCIS ever I think.
~ Gibbs as a sniper- he stopped because is eyesight is bad and yet he made that shot and got there that fast. Nope doesn’t work. He is not SuperSniper!
~The applause at the end- REALLY how over the top could you get? It is not like they captured Ben Laden, they killed a guy who drinks Caf Pow. That got the biggest eye roll by me, but by that time I knew the show was ending on the worst note ever.
~ Ziva, yes she is being a bitch, but after all she has been though I could see why. However I will not be able to deal with the “Poor me I don’t deserve this” attitude. She keeps telling people do deal with it and move on – so do it.

All in all – did it suck? Oh yeah in some parts it REALLY did suck the big one, but in others it was kind of great/good. But as one friend said – this is not the NCIS I feel in love with and these are not the characters I love. All shows need to change but this is not good change.

BTW the coming attractions- if Tony finally lets Ziva have it next week I will so be a happy girl.

What make me happy is there is some good listed, the sad part look at how much bad is listed. Oh and BTW I don't agree with CdP- there were no "beautiful" moments in this episode.

about watching NCIS. Because I had my concerns (and I am impatient) I went out to looking for fan reaction on the web(one of the benefits to being on the west coast) and it is so not good. I went to LJ, Twitter, the NCIS CBS forums, and a live NCIS chat and this is what I ( found )

I finally watched the last few episodes of True Blood and now I know why I kind of stopped watching. It isn’t bad by any means – I was just bored for the most part. I have no real interest in the main characters, although I really do love the smaller secondary characters a lot! I don’t care at ALL about the Bill/Sokie/Eric issues; however I do really like Eric as his own character. That actor can really deliver some great material if they give it to him. He may be the one true gem in the whole show. I just didn’t care about any of the main storylines this year, no matter which one it was. I didn’t hate them, but I didn’t love them either. The good news is they did a nice reset at the end of the season so I will be checking in next year to see what they do. I won’t be waiting with baited breath but I will tune in.

The one true WIN thought was Supernatural. I had a feeling the episode rocked and I was so right!!! It was almost perfect. A good case, and great character moments for everyone from Sam and Dean to Bobbie. The only weak part of me was the “God is missing” plot. Really that is what they are going with?! That is the same plot of a Kevin Smith film (not dogging Kevin Smith – I happened to own that film and it is one of my favs, but really). What was so wonderful was what is going on with Sam and Dean. It is no secret that I have never been a big Sam fan, I found him whiny and bitchy at times, but I am so loving this new Sam. He knows he screwed up, he is taking reasonability, he is trying to fix it, and he knows he needs help. All really great things that really make me like him. Plus he is not over the top with the guilt so he is just about perfect here. Then you have Dean who is lost and doesn’t know how to fix it and knows he is screwing up because he loyalty is divided, and he is feeling pain that as a big brother he cant just fix everything for Sam. That conversation at end was one of the most ADULT, honest and moving things I have ever seen. If Ziva acts half as well as Sam did, and if Tony and Ziva can have half of the honest conversation that Sam and Dean did, I will be able to accept Ziva back with no problem at all, and I bet I would even be rooting for her. I am so for a person when they honestly admit to screwing up and really try and fix it (example is Tony admitting his screw up with Jeanne and Jenny). After all no one is perfect, and if I can forgive Sam for releasing Satan then I can forgive Ziva for her actions too - if she is acts like Sam did ;-)

Supernatural surprised me – this is a show the gets better every year, a rare thing in TV land. And BTW the line about the Irish in the show; my reaction was – “Hey!! True but still …HEY”

I was looking at a post in a public NCIS community today that posted the same NCIS clip that I posted in my two NCIS communities yesterday. This clip showed Tony and McGee interviewing Ziva’s replacement and in this community the majority of the posters hated the replacement. They posted that they want to throw a monitor at her, called her ugly,one said they hopes she dies in a fire while another said they hope she drowns in her own blood. All because she wasn’t Ziva. Did anyone say this was out of line? Nope. Are the same people who got so upset about the comments made here about Cote/Ziva part of this community – YES. Did any of them say anything- NOPE. So yet again my point is made - to some people it is perfectly fine and acceptable to voice your negative opinion, dislike for a character just as long as it is not Ziva or Cote, because then that is out of line. I promise you in my LJ no one called Cote ugly, wanted to throw something at her or wanted her to die in a fire etc.

My biggest issue is most of the people whom have talked about not liking Ziva do so on the bases of what she did, and how she acted. This character we know nothing about to earn this hate. She has done nothing other than apply for a job. Of course I don’t know why I expected any better, this is the same community that told members not to comment on a story if their opinion was Anti-TIVA, even thought it is not a TIVA community but a GENERAL community.

WOW some fans live in very thin glass houses these days. And BTW yes I did post how unfair I thought this was in that community. I thought someone should.

John Wells elected WGA West president!! You know him from ER, The West Wing, Southland and Saving Grace. He is a big name in the TV world and by all accounts a good guy. I think this is just what the WGA needs. ;-)

I watched Fringe last night and I really liked it. I started watching it last year but I got bored and stopped. After reading that they are making some changes this year I decided to give it a chance again and I really liked what I saw. The humor is much better and the show feels “strange” vs. “weird” which I also liked. Still not completely sold but I think I will continue watching for a while.

Also saw part of Vampire Dairies again and I still kind of like it. Color me shocked but I may stay with this one too. Still not sold on it - but I am renting at this point.

I didn’t bother with SPN since I knew it would rock, so I saved it to watch it this weekend. ;-) Thursday’s may be made of WIN in TV land for me ;-)

On a strange note I did like Vampire Diaries. Now don’t judge I was bored. Not sure if I will like it down the road but I didn’t hate the first episode so I will tune in again to watch tomorrow.

I have never gotten into Supernatural the way I have other shows, and some fans have, but I must say the premier last night ROCKED HARD!! It was so FTW!! Their show runner so gets it. He knows what his audience wants and he gives it to them. He laughs with them about fandom, but not at them, and he keeps the show true to what it is about. No big secrets, or OC moments just good simple fun!! SB should take note, you don't have to shock a viewer, keep them guessing all summer, or give them unbearable UST, just give them good stories. See not so hard.


Looks like at least one show wont let me down this year. ;-)

Yesterday I saw the promo for SGU and now this! I LOVE LOVE
LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE Boondock Saints, it is one of my favorite movies of all time. As an Irish Catholic how could I not love this movie? ;-) Anyway now the RED ban trailer is out for the sequel Boondock Saints 2 All Saints Day. Looks like they kept what we all loved about the first film – gratuitous violence! Over a month to wait for one of the best films of 2009 for sure!

So in my happy state about Stargate Universe I decided to do some more reading and I found out that Shanks will be back as Daniel in not only the premiere but later in the season as well. WAY TO GO to TPTB!!! His moment in the premiere is a "pop in and pop out kind of thing", which makes sense because thanks to the promo we know they are at SGC - and Daniel works there ;-), but his role later in the year will be more substantial. Seeing this makes me not care that NCIS is jumping the shark - big time. This time last year I had 22 shows on my DVR, I now have 10, and after seeing the add for NCIS I thought it could be down one more. That is until I saw this!! I was already excited to see Stargate Universe but now I am so jazzed!! Stargate Universe is now on the top of my "must watch" list for this season! I love this promo since it gives us a better idea of what happened - plus bonus point for a Star Wars reference in the first show!! This promo brought me to my happy place! I am dancing with joy. Finally something I actually want to watch this season!!

What if the last scene last season was part of the time jump issue and that all happened before she joined NCIS? Long shot I know but maybe the reason they wanted to know about NCIS is why she is at NCIS now?

Crazy I know but maybe. There is only one idea that I know is wrong and that is the one everyone thought they saw tonight.

BTW the only thing that saves this disk for me is the special features, because all the episodes on this disk are the worst in NCIS history. If it weren’t for the special features I would take the disk out and use it for target practice. Anyway on to the magic of (  special features. )

So I was asked by three people to write down what happened in MW commentary, and the special features, so I decided to post them here so that anyone can read them if they wanted.

Of course this is my comprehension of what I hear, and I will be condensing it the best I can. However I will be writing as I listen so most my comments should be in order of the episode. To save time I will NOT be mentioning how many times MW mentions his weight or how tired he looks (we only have so much room for posting ;-P) but it does happen a lot ;-) Also keep in mind that at no time is MW ever really serious in this commentary. So here we go with ( Bounce by Michael Weatherly…. )

I have many silly questions about moments on NCIS and I love, love, love that the season 6 DVD's actually answered one for me.

*points to icon* This moment from South by Southwest, with Tony saying "Sheriff I think he lost a contact", is a moments I have often thought was an add lib from MW. It just seems like the kind of thing he would just throw out there when filming, but it fit so perfectly I also thought it must have been scripted- it was just too funny to be left to chance. Well now thanks to disk 6 and the Cast Roundtable we know it WAS an add lib!!! And according to the cast it is their favorite of the year!!! That moment is truly a gift of a great moment!

This just makes me love MW even more, he just rocks with add libs! However after seeing some of the behind the scenes footage I have to say - MW seems to take a lot of energy. I agree with MH - just let him go and assume he will just come back to where you are. I can see why SA lost it with him a few times, he is a bit all over the place, but what he gives on the screen is so good - and so perfect for Tony I would let him go too. Just another reason I love MH so. He is a true leader in the way that he knows not everyone does their best work following the rules all the time. Plus I do love MW for giving himself permission to do what he wanted to do. He had faith that he could "play to get at his best work" and that the others would learn to accept it- and they have! I truly do love this cast - they really seem to love what they do and they love each other. SG1 is the only other cast I have seen with this kind of connection. It helps me as a viewer!

I still have my doubts about season 7 however the DVDs have shown me that they all get the core of the show so hopefully they won't lose that! Now if SB would just stop with the silly comments and trying to shock us.

It is the TEAM stupid that we love not the secrets or the silly ships! Hopefully SB will get that this year!

BTW one of my friend asked me to tell them what was on MW commentary - don't worry I did not for get you. I am taking notes on his, and the others commentaries and special features, and I will write it up in a nice report for you.

Side note, love all the kind things said about BD -and the nice friendship you see between MW and BD off camera. Also love that according to MW Jimmy and Tony are roommates!! LOVE THAT IDEA!!

As a member (okay now former member) of the NY Irish community I must say the news of Teddy Kennedy's death really hits home.

A very sad day as I am seeing the generation I look to as leaders passes on.

So today when I was feeling down, and trying to figure out why I EVER join any fandoms, I got to spend some time talking to mustangcandi who made me smile in a big way, and helped me feel better(and not so alone), and then later in the day I chatted with anuminis who not only made me realize I was not alone, but that it is okay for me to be feeling the way I am lately - and that others are feeling the same way!! She then made my day by showing me two of her new icons, one of which is my user icon now!! Add to that a post of fab icons by froggy_freek, some of which are right here:





The Tony/Gibbs "Dream Team" icon is the best one for me because now they are my "Dream Team" on NCIS. It used to be the whole team but SB screwed that up!! There is a lot going on in web space, and fandoms, for me right now but you guys so make it easier!! Well you all - and these wonderful icons. ;-P

Just a time out for a comment… I love mustangcandi really I do, and as far as I know I have never really done anything to her that might cause her to want to kill me, but I think she is trying to. I am minding my own business just playing on LJ and then she goes and posts pics from Numb3rs. These not so innocent pictures made me squeal with joy, and yes I did shed a tear or two!! Plus I think there was some babbling of OMG OMG OMG OMG!! It is not fair to do things like this without warning. Oh sure she puts up a warning for spoilers but not that they can KILL YOU!

I knew I would never truly leave Numb3rs (for this very reason) but I never thought Candi could use it to kill me. At least I will go out with a smile on my face. ;-) Yes I know I am not showing the pics since most of you don’t care, and truly it is for your own good. There is just so much a heart can take.

I never thought Numb3rs would have the spoilers I liked the most this year. So far for the shows I know about, on a scale of 1(don’t care) to 10 (can’t wait, they sort of goes like this:

CSI = 2. Only because I want to see what happens with Cath, and Nick’s promotion. I am laughing my butt off that after making their ship cannon TPTB are releasing statements saying “they are going back to focusing on the team” in an effort to regain viewers. I so remember the shipper fans saying “have faith in the writers”, and GSR wont take over the show”. Well guess what happened, and guess who lost ratings. I hate to say I told you so but… And now I am seeing the same thing repeat its’ self elsewhere. I seem to be cured with “team” shows I guess.

NCIS = -225. Yep we are on a negative scale. So far all we have is you know what, and Gibbs boat. I would like to say it is because SB doesn’t want to give anything away but after the clues he has given us last year I am kind of glad. Gibb’s big secret, and his earth shattering choice were both MAJOR bombs so maybe it is best if he keeps his trap shut for now. At this point the less I know the more likely I am to watch.

Numb3rs = 6. Yes the pics did it for me. I have no idea what the storylines are yet, and I am sure we will have more over the top “Charlie drama” but I can fast forward though that. I have Colby and David so you bet I will be tuning in!!!

I have to say I am surprised, it seems as if no_tiva is a hit! I at first thought that some fans wouldn’t like the idea of the community but it seems I am wrong. I have not even officially announced the site and already I am getting members, and comments from a lot of people thanking me for creating it.

Looks like I have a winner and I didn’t even know it. Members have already volunteered to work on banners and icons so I guess I will wait to see what they come up with before I design the community.

I am doing a happy dance that this has made so many people happy. Looks like something good came out of last night’s mess after all. ;-)

I love the fact that I woke up this morning to find out that kaylashay81 added me as a friend, and of course I added her right back!!! What makes me laugh about this is that I though we were already LJ friends. I mean we talk often on LJ so I thought for sure we had already done this. ;-)

I am so happy to have kaylashay81 on my friends list!! All I can say is welcome and… it is about damn time! ;-P

Just found, and posted, the info on season six DVDs of NCIS. Happy dance for me. MW does a commentary for "Bounce" but looks like NO TIVA at all!! If it is mentioned it will only be in passing on MAYBE one special feature. NO CdP and MW commentary - no special feature! Yes I just may buy this now. Maybe just maybe TPTB are getting their heads out of their ass!!

I admit I stole this from leftbase and I am posting it for mustangcandi because she will care about this story the same way I will. ;-) BTW I just noticed a have a friend from Milford on my list. Ha funny! Now I have a connection when I visit. Life is indeed small! But I can honestly say I have leftbase as a friend because of who they are, and not where they live – since I didn’t really notice until now. ;-P

I just got a call from my stepmom and my dad is in the hospital and may need surgery, we will know better tomorrow if he needs surgery, however that means I am on my way to the Oregon Coast. The situation doesn’t look dire but I want to be there just in case. I hope to see you all in about a week. Take care. :-)

Well I finally did it I got ncis_team up and running!! Most of the work was done by high_striker though. He is just so awesome and I can not thank him enough for all his blood sweat and tears (most of the tears came from working with me though ;-p).

Deadgirl is a must see for me. It is so disturbing, but great movies can (should) be. Plus more zombies-in a new way. BTW /Film is my new favorite "happy place"!!

Zombieland! As the tailer says... "you have to enjoy the little things" and I am going to enjoy the CRAP out of this film!! This is my summer movie- in October.

Totally random thought:

What happened to Kate's dog Tony? Remember when she got the dog, what happened to it once she died? In my mind Tony took it. I just love the idea of Tony with a pet named Tony. ;-) Plus even though she snapped at him you know Tony really did love Tony.

I just posted an interview with Shane Brennan over in the NCIS community I belong too and after watching the video interview I blame this train-wreck of a season of NCIS on him!!! This man just doesn’t get it, and yes he is already looking for a third NCIS. God help us!

I was watching Cloak this past week and I forgot how truly bad that episode was. The TIVA aside it was way to convoluted, uninteresting, and just plain silly at times.

I remember when a season of NCIS was filled with 75% great episodes, 20% good/fair episodes, and 5% bad episodes. Season six? I would say it was 5% great episodes, 20% good/fair episodes and 75% bad episodes. Not a trend I want to see repeated.

I am giving him 3 episodes to clean up mess he created in the last four episodes of season 6 and if is not fixed I will stop watching season 7. What I mean by that is I won’t watch the whole episode anymore. NCIS will become like Numb3rs where I tape it and then fast forward to the parts I care about. No more watching the whole episode for the storyline, just watching the scenes that look good to me. Really folks there were episodes of Numb3rs this season that I watched in 5 minutes because there was so little in the episode I cared about, sad but true. I would stop watching NCIS all together but I love the Gibbs and Tony scenes too much to stop. Of course if SB screws those up to then I will for sure be gone.

Sorry I just had to vent. This has been building since I saw Cloak.
